Alleluia! He is risen! We rejoice in the glorious resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who has
conquered sin and death and given us new life. Easter is the most important feast of our faith, as we celebrate
the victory of God's love and mercy over all evil and darkness.
As we celebrate this joyous season, we are also called to share our gifts and talents with our parish community
and the world. Our parish is more than just a collection of buildings; it is a family of faith, hope, and love. It is a
place where we worship, learn, serve, and grow together as disciples of Christ.
Your generous contributions help us to maintain our parish facilities, pay our staff, fund our ministries, and
reach out to those in need. They also enable us to participate in the wider mission of the Church, both locally
and globally.
We understand that this past year has been challenging for many of you, and we appreciate any amount you
can give. No gift is too small or too large. Every donation makes a difference and is a sign of your trust in
God’s providence.
A life renewed is the hallmark of all believers, and it is likewise at the center of our life at Saint Andrew Parish.
Over the past year we have seen a 24% increase in Sunday Mass attendance. And, a greater participation in
our parish ministries has been evidence everywhere, such as in the return of our weekly Children’s Liturgy of
the Word, new lectors and greeters, and 11 newly trained altar servers who are eager to do their part at Mass.
These examples are just a few of the many ways that our parish has experienced a life renewed, after the
many post-pandemic challenges parishes have had to face. Please help the life renewed of our parish to grow,
though your support of our Annual Easter Appeal.
As you consider your contribution to the appeal, and perhaps as well, your participation in one of our parish’s
expanding ministries, please pray and ask God to guide you. Remember the words of St. Paul: “God is able to
bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good
work.” (2 Corinthians 9:8)
Thank you for your generosity and your faithfulness. May God bless you and your loved ones during this
Easter season and always.
Yours in Christ,
Fr. Sergio Romo
